At OnVoard, we take data protection seriously and have taken the necessary steps to become GDPR compliant.

All our servers are hosted in European Union (EU).

How has OnVoard prepared for the GDPR?

  • Conduct extensive checks and updates on our services and policies GDPR compliant.
  • Evaluated and updated our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy to reflect our new compliance with GDPR.
  • Added a Data Processing Agreement which would supplement our terms of service.
  • Reviewed and documented our Security Policies.
  • Reviewed all 3rd party vendors to ensure that they are also GDPR compliant.
  • Improved our tools so that user can view, edit and delete their personal data.
  • Moved all our servers and data to EU.
