How many contacts should your plan cover?
Email sends
Choose how many email sends your plan includes each month. 1× includes as many sends as you have contacts; the last one is unlimited.
Need more than 5,000 included sends?Extra sends are $1 per 1,000 from the Sending balance you top up.
Move either slider whenever you like. Add contacts mid-month and you only pay for the days left in the month. Added email sends are charged in full, because you get the whole month of sends straight away.

What if I send more email than my plan covers?
Extra emails are $1 per 1,000 and are paid from your Sending balance. If you pick Unlimited, there are no email overages.
Your monthly emails reset each month and do not roll over.
What is the Sending balance?
It pays for usage outside your monthly plan: extra emails, SMS and WhatsApp. Add funds in advance, or turn on auto-recharge and OnVoard tops it up for you.
Email is $1 per 1,000, or $0.50 per 1,000 with your own email provider. If it reaches zero, sending pauses until you add more. Nothing else changes.
What does All-In-One actually include?All-In-One
Every OnVoard app, every paid feature, and no per-app usage limits. Your monthly price is based only on active contacts and email.
That covers campaigns, back-in-stock alerts, review requests and loyalty emails, all out of the same monthly emails.
How does email pricing work if I just want Marketing Platform?Single apps
The same 2 choices All-In-One uses. Contacts are $15 per 10,000 a month, and emails are $1 per 1,000, from as many as you have contacts up to unlimited. One monthly bill.
Go over and the extra is the same $1 per 1,000, from your Sending balance. Pick Unlimited and there is no extra to pay. The free plan works the other way round: 500 emails a month, with no limit on contacts.
When do I get charged, and how?
By credit card, when you subscribe, then on the same date every month. Your subscription is paid up front, so cancelling stops the next renewal rather than leaving a final bill.
Extra contacts cost only the days left in the month. Extra emails cost the full month, because you get all of them straight away.
If you installed through Shopify, Shopify bills you as an app charge and sets your date.
If I cancel, do I lose my data?
No. Contacts, emails, reviews and loyalty points are all still there if you come back.
You keep the app until the end of the month you have already paid for.
Can I send through my own email provider?
Yes, with Sendgrid or Postmark. Then you pay $0.50 per 1,000 instead of $1, because we are only handing the message over. See the guide for SMTP profile.
